Miss Gina Promotes: What influenced you to start a music career?

Yung Time: First off, I started for the love. That was what prompted me to get into a studio.

Miss Gina Promotes: We have noticed you are now into video directing. Does that mean you have forgone music?

Yung Time: Music is and has always been my priority. But given the fact that, I had my own growing label, I decided to take decisions that can make me invest less financially but yield more profit.

Miss Gina Promotes: What is it like to move from a rapper to music director, what are the advantages and disadvantages?

Yung Time: It’s a smooth addition as I do my videos the way I want and for others. Plus it an additional income for the team because it’s not just for me.

Miss Gina Promotes: What are your thoughts about Cameroonian Award shows/ platforms?

Yung Time: Most of them Promote or nominate what they want to be instead of what is. Maybe cos of friendly relations and all. But I really try not focusing on them as they don’t represent a source of income for my label.

Miss Gina Promotes: How do you handle negative press or comments?

Yung Time: I used to be moved. But then people are opinionated and there’s nothing one can do about it. As long as am financially stable and my fans are pleased. The rest is in the wind.

Miss Gina Promotes: What’s your prospective about the Cameroon Entertainment Industry?

Yung Time: We should focus On REALISTICALLY taking decisions that can raise incomes for everyone. Anything else can properly move from there.

Miss Gina Promotes: What advice will you give anyone who wants to persuade music?

Yung Time: Decision making is the most important thing to consider. Far above talent.

Miss Gina Promotes: What are your pet peeves and tell us 5 things so many people don’t know about you.

Yung Time: The industry focuses on some wrong things.

People hate to see anyone confident and not needing help. Noticing all of this, I chose to build myself all round.

So I can make a living without going through people. I am going into other business ventures such as Pigery. Plus am rounding up with my masters degree this year.

Miss Gina Promotes: If you were asked to kiss/slap/marry either Blanche Bailly, Mihney or Askia for 10 million francs, who will you Kiss, Slap Or Marry?

Yung Time: I cant slap any tho. But I can kiss and marry any.

Miss Gina Promotes: Do you have any word of advice for those looking up to you?

Yung Time: Money first, Decision making second.
