Stanley Enow and Jovi are arguably the best rappers in Cameroon and the pillar stone for modern-day Kamer rap.
They are the ones who paved the way for rappers like Ko-c, Boy tag, Tenor, etc as they showed us that making it in Cameroon as a rapper is possible with songs like “Hein Pere and ”Don 4 Kwat”.
While both rappers are always put on a comparison scale against one another by fans and the media by showing their differences we decided to pull up a list of 5 Similarities between both rappers.
1-They Both Have Classic Hip-Hop Hit Songs:
Stanley Enow and Jovi both have classic hip hop songs (a classic song is a song that doesn’t get old in the ears of the listener and can stand the test of time).
About 7 years ago, Stanley Enow released “Hein pere” which was a huge hit in Cameroon and then later on Jovi released “Et p8 koi” which had arguably the same level of reception “Hein Pere “had.
These songs are songs that still receive airplay up till today and songs that fans love unconditionally.
2-Both Rappers are former MTV MAMA Nominees:
Stanley Enow shocked everyone in 2014 when he won the award of Best new act in The MTV African Music Awards in South Africa but before winning this award, he was a nominee with the likes of Phyno on the nominee list.

Jovi on his part was also nominated as best francophone a few years later which gives a lot of credibilities as that award show was the battle of the greats and to be nominated amongst the best of Africa is a feat that few can brag about.
3-Both Have Very Big Fan Bases Home and Abroad:
Jovi has amassed a very huge following especially in our local community known as the Mboko Gang which are very devoted fans of Jovi and so has Stanley Enow gained a huge following too with his “King Kong Gang” who also are as devoted as the Jovi fans towards supporting their star.
4-Both are the only Cameroonian Artises to sell-out a Stadium in Libreville
Jovi and Stanley Enow have both had shows in Gabon and in Libreville to be precise and this was a large achievement as they both have filled up a 30,000 capacity stadium there which very few can brag of
5-Both are Label Owners:
Jovi is not only an artist but also the CEO of New Bell Music and in charge of the careers of Reniss and Tata etc While Stanley Enow is also the head of Motherland Empire and is also in charge of the likes of Diacko who just released his new single titled “Aime moi comme ca”.
