Sometimes, artistes decide on doing a new version of a particular song which is popularly known as ”remix”.
Some of the reasons are either to give in to the demands of fans who haven’t enjoyed it
enough, to make the song trend more in the country or to do it with a bigger artiste if the opportunity presents itself.

5. Ambe Ft All Stars – Na for Bafut Remix:
Ambe released this song last year and it was a surprise collaboration of Cameroon’s finest Artist like Mr Leo,Magasco,Salatiel, Blaise B,Blanche Bailly,Boy Tag,Askia and Tzy Panchak.
This song brought more value to the cultural ethics of bafut that Ambe wanted to present to the world and was also a Good jam to play at the club.
This song was more exposed and bigger than the original song thanks to this collaboration.
4. Ghislain Dimai Ft Tenor–On ne vois a pas Laissé Remix:
This song was released late 2017 and the original version was a hit but no one saw it coming when Mr Le Fiang Le Way le Yamo jumped on it.
Giving more style to the song.This song was a mad jam as Cameroonians used the title as a saying and a manner of expression later on.
3. Awu Ft Stanley Enow–Sidomina Remix:
”My Sido Do do do do” says this incredible tune produced by Phillbill. The original song was so good that when ”The King Kong” Stanley Enow heard it he personally lamented and Had to do Justice to the song.
This song was a huge jam as it Satisfied everyone even more than the original version. Coupled with it’s out of the world Visuals by Adah Akenji, No one needed to argue that it was the song of the Summer last year.
2. Magasco Ft Duc-Z – Fine Boy Remix
Honestly speaking this jam remains a classic as it is still played in local snacks and bars around.This was Magasco’s first hit as an artist during his time with Empire.
The song was a song every DJ wanted to play and it took alot of time before the song died down. Just for this fact alone makes this Song take 2nd Spot.
1.Ko-c Ft Tenor – Balance Remix
Arguably the biggest song in 2018, as everyone balanced to this.
It was so hot that most people dont even know or remember that Ko-c did an original for it.
Tenor also did justice to the song as we saw, once again, how good he is. Currently, Balance Remix is at 4million + views on YouTube. Balance becomes the biggest remix in the Cameroon Music Industry.
