Cameroon born, Thailand based composer/singer/rapper/musician Da Charmin Prince releases his debut EP ‘Born Blessed’.
It features seven (7) tracks with “I’ll be there” as a bonus track, making it eight (8) tracks on the EP.
He wrote it while working abroad and living in Thailand and converges a message of self believe, love, and lifestyle. The EP is available exclusively his official website www.dacharminprince.com for the first 2 weeks and after that it’ll be made available for purchase and streaming on every digital platform.
“Born Blessed EP” was recorded at Vintage Recording Studio, Bangkok – Thailand except for some features by some featured artists which were recorded elsewhere at the time.
Most notably, the EP features Cameroon’s hip hop godfather Tony Nobody (features on track 5- Fall 4 U) and also Cameroon’s serial hits rapper, Mink’s (features on track 2- Ballin’).
Other featuring artists on the EP are MD Mochio (features on track 2- Ballin’), Skiezy Ayenkea (features on track 1 – Believe In Yourself), Paddy Benz (features on track 1 – Believe In Yourself), D’Slyk (features on track 6 – Jigi Jigi) and Fragile Ferron (features on track 8 – I’ll be there).

This EP was produced by Jbeatz (for track 1), Dijay Karl (for track 2), Sango Edi (for track 3 & 8), Jayon OTB (for track 4), and Mccoy TWAP (for track 5, 6 & 7).
All songs were written & composed by Da Charmin Prince except for featuring artists. All songs mixed & mastered by Slimbeatz except for track 2 by Dijay Karl & track 4 by Jayon OTB.
The EP demonstrates Da Charmin Prince’s progression as an artist and delivers a mature and powerful performance alongside a diverse arrangement of organs and synths.
Da Charmin Prince brings a combination of sounds to each composition, grazing the worlds of Hip Hop/RnB, Trap, UK Afro, Pop, and Afrobeats. Where his urban travels have constructed his technical aptitude and provide a unique spirituality and sense of purpose to his music.
