Torch City crew is made up of 3 young talented artists from Cameroon;

Cales (Tassing Cales), Edico (Sunday Edwin) and Waxzey (Fomonyuy Hans) who grew up in the streets of Bamenda (North West Region of Cameroon) with a common goal of painting a vivid picture of the streets and their life experiences through Hip-Hop music.

Their background and cultural influences makes them best fit to represent the Kwata Pikin Identity alongside Mic Monsta who is the founder.

 These rappers recently released their debut collaboration track for 2020 which is the Remix to Torch City’s 2016 single titled “Njaka” a kwata Slang which translates to “little kid”.

Featuring Cameroon’s finest lyricist Mic Monsta, ”Njaka” carries all the elements of kwata music which is the sound that makes you feel at home and connects you to your Cameroonian originality.

The song was produced by Moit, mixed and mastered by Dijay Karl while the video was shot by Nkeng Stephens.
