New Video: Chilli Wawaye – Hayo Featuring Longue Longue

The rise of Cameroonian urban music is not slowing down and it is becoming increasingly difficult to stand out among the hundreds of artists who have invaded the space.

This is not a concern for one of the most promising voices in the music industry, Chilli Wawaye.

The sensual singer has carved out a place of choice by creating a mix of urban Afro-beat, traditional rhythms and songs from the North West Region, a musical genre she calls “Urban Njang”.

Her new music video ”Hayo” featuring Longue Longue was produced by PhillBill beats while the visuals was shot by Mr. Adrenaline.

She exalts the strength of faith while promoting her local dance “Njang”.

Chilli Wawaye joins a list of admirable Bui (NSO) artists, including Mr. Leo and Richard Kings.
