Spread the love

Marie Pascale, the “Afrobeat Princess of the Caribbean”, releases a new music video titled “African Prince, (Ndolo Ndolo)”, a celebration of the men in our lives.

After the release of her region-wide hits “Baby Oh”, “Melanin” and “Bucketlist”, Marie Pascale now blesses the audience with this ode to the black man, so often overlooked in the society.

She craftily infuses her native Cameroonian heritage in her lyrics, with the catchword “Ndolo” which means “Love” in the Douala language (Littoral Region of Cameroon); and mixes her musical style with influences from Dominica, the Nature Isle of the Caribbean , which she has embraced as her home for the past decade. Although she has been singing since her toddler age, she officially made her debut as a solo artist in 2019 with her hit, “Baby Oh”, another celebration of love.

The song African Prince and its music video were produced, mixed, and mastered by Kahz Media Productions (Kreig A. Harris) of Dominica, with Creative direction from Kreig Harris, Nicole Morson (Dominica), Marie Pascale and her Team. The dynamic duo, who clicked from the creation of Marie Pascale’s very first musical composition and music video “Baby Oh”, once again set a high standard for musical production and creative audiovisual arts on the nature isle and by extension, in the Caribbean.

Committed to excellence, for Marie Pascale, every song is a deep-rooted story that is enhanced by its accompanying music video, to create a magical yet attainable experience that transcends our current reality and recreates what it truly is supposed to be. And Harris’ artistic finesse captures with near perfection and obvious subtlety, the unassuming elements that turn each of his produced and directed videos into a masterpiece.

African Prince is a celebration of the black man, that we should celebrate more. In a world where we first see the wrongs, the song is intentional about seeing the right.

In a world where we first see the flaws, this piece is intentional about celebrating the strengths. In a world where we seek to fix and change, this song inspires the viewer to seek to accept in love.

Watch the video, enjoy and dedicate the song to your ‘African Prince
