Daphne Njie Wins Best Female Artiste in Central Africa 2018 at AFRIMA

Cameroonian Afro-pop artist Daphne Njie made history by winning the Best female Artiste in Central Africa at the All Africa Music Award(AFRIMA) which was held in Accra, Ghana on the 24th of November 2018.

Daphne beat out fellow artists who were up for the Award such as:

Amanda Malela – DRC (Kumama)
Daphne – Cameroon (Jusqu\’a La Gare)
Iyenga- DRC (Sorry)
Bruna Tatiana – Angola (Amo-te)
Charlotte Dipanda Ft. Yemi Alade – Cameroon (Sista)
Anabela Aya – Angola (I love you Bue)
Shura – Cameroon (Allez Dire)
Blanche Bailly – Cameroon (BonBon)

Also, she is the only Cameroonian artist who won an Award.
